I did not enter real estate by accident.

I came into this industry because I personally experienced disappointing real estate transactions. Two deals, two brokers, and the same feeling: commission was discussed before the actual project.

That stayed with me.

Buying or selling a property is not just a transaction. It is a major step — financially, emotionally, and for your family. It deserves more than pressure or empty promises.

I genuinely care. And I wanted to do things differently.

Before becoming a broker, I led a marketing team for over ten years within a major Quebec company. I learned how to analyze markets, build strategy, negotiate with discipline, and deliver measurable results.

Beyond the corporate world, I have always had an entrepreneurial drive. Meeting my wife, who is also in business, was a turning point. I knew I could no longer stay behind a desk without fully using my strengths: negotiation, strategic thinking, human connection, and guidance.

Real estate allows me to put all of that at the service of people.

As an athlete at heart, I believe in preparation, discipline, and execution. A successful transaction does not rely on improvisation. It relies on structure.
