I came into this industry because I personally experienced disappointing real estate transactions. Two deals, two brokers, and the same feeling: commission was discussed before the actual project.
That stayed with me.
Buying or selling a property is not just a transaction. It is a major step — financially, emotionally, and for your family. It deserves more than pressure or empty promises.
I genuinely care. And I wanted to do things differently.
Before becoming a broker, I led a marketing team for over ten years within a major Quebec company. I learned how to analyze markets, build strategy, negotiate with discipline, and deliver measurable results.
Beyond the corporate world, I have always had an entrepreneurial drive. Meeting my wife, who is also in business, was a turning point. I knew I could no longer stay behind a desk without fully using my strengths: negotiation, strategic thinking, human connection, and guidance.
Real estate allows me to put all of that at the service of people.
As an athlete at heart, I believe in preparation, discipline, and execution. A successful transaction does not rely on improvisation. It relies on structure.
I understand that every client is different. Some want close guidance. Some want a direct and critical opinion. Some need reassurance. Others want to optimize every dollar.
My role is to understand the real stakes behind your project.
I do not think about commission before thinking about the client. I think about the objective, the context, the family, the timing, and the long-term impact.
I combine unmatched structure, honest communication, strong negotiation skills, strategic vision, and a genuine human presence.
Based on the South Shore, I assist clients wherever the project makes sense.
I am not here to push a sale.
Whether it’s today or two years from now, a real estate decision deserves to be studied, discussed, and carefully considered.
Because a real estate project is not a commission. It is a life step. And it deserves a solid partner.
“We had previously experienced a disappointing situation with another broker, so we were cautious. From the first meeting, Pierrick arrived with a complete market analysis in PDF format, three pricing scenarios, and a clear launch strategy. Nothing was improvised. What we appreciated most was his structure and honesty. He explained every clause and every step, and even advised us to decline an initial offer that looked strong financially but had weak conditions. We ultimately sold under better terms. We never felt pressured. We felt protected.”
“I was buying in a competitive market and was worried about overpaying. Pierrick never allowed me to make an emotional offer. Before even visiting properties, he validated my financial position and clarified our strategy. He carefully reviewed the Seller’s Declaration with me. And he was present for both the inspection and at the notary. He even spotted a clause that the notary had overlooked."
“Selling our condo and buying a house at the same time was a major step for us. In retirement, this is not simply a transaction — it represents our family’s assets. Every dollar matters, and every decision must be carefully considered. Our purchase offer was conditional upon the sale of our condo, which made the process more complex and demanding. Pierrick came to meet us in person for the signatures, as we did not have access to email. We always felt supported and protected. You can truly feel that he works with heart.”
